Just bring yourself, a water bottle, and comfortable workout clothes. We provide all equipment, towels, and shower facilities. If you're joining a spin class, we recommend cycling shoes but regular trainers work fine too.
Not at all! Our classes are designed for all fitness levels. Our coaches provide modifications and scaling options to match your current abilities. Everyone starts somewhere, and we're here to support your journey.
Yes! Our monthly membership has no long-term contract. You can cancel anytime with 30 days' notice. We believe in earning your membership every month by delivering exceptional value and results.
We maintain enhanced cleaning protocols with equipment sanitized between classes. Our facility has excellent ventilation, and we've spaced equipment for comfort. Hand sanitizer stations are throughout the gym.
Yes! All our coaches offer 1-on-1 personal training sessions. Annual members get one free PT session per month. Additional sessions can be purchased in packages with member discounts.
We have a dedicated car park with 50+ spaces for members. There's also street parking nearby and we're a 5-minute walk from Guildford train station. Secure bike storage is available.
